Meditation is the key to unlocking peace and calm in our stretched, technology-loaded, multitasking and stress prone lives. It's not about creating something new but tapping into the calm and perspective buried inside us all. Once we are in touch with our inner self we are better equipped to make rational, confident and focused decisions and to enjoy the challenges of daily life.

I combine primordial sound meditation (developed by Dr Deepak Chopra) with mindfulness practises in a 2 session course to unleash the scientifically proven benefits summarised in the picture above.
Each session lasts 2 hours and once you've completed the course you will have all the tools you need to maintain a daily wellbeing practise for life. I'm always on hand for ongoing support and motivation.
I teach in small groups (up to 5 participants) or privately one-on-one.
